Tour Payments, Policies and Disclosures

POLICIES

Non-Member Guest Policy: MClub members have priority. Non-member guests are accommodated if space is available at the same rates, fees and charges as a member. Non-members are limited to one tour per year.

Motor coach pick-ups are available in several locations. A list of motor coach pick-up locations will be provided in the newsletter advertising the tour and in a confirmation message (letter or email) upon purchase of the tour. Please indicate your desired pick-up location when making your reservation.

Departure times are decided once the reservation process is complete and depend upon how many motor coach pick-up locations are included. We will provide your schedule with a confirmation letter. Departure times are prompt so please arrive 10 minutes early. The motor coach will not return to a pick-up location for late arrivals and the traveler will be responsible for catching the motor coach at a later pick-up location. Failure to catch-up with the motor coach or arrive at a tour departure location will be treated as a cancellation.

Day trip cancellation policy varies with each trip.

Extended tour cancellation policies are listed on each itinerary and vary according to supplier.

Travel Protection is required, and through certain travel companies, available for purchase on an individual tour basis. Certain rules may apply. Call MClub for more information at 805-564-7362.

MClub reserves the right to vary itineraries and substitute hotels prior to departure and en route.

IMPORTANT CONSUMER DISCLOSURE

Montecito Bank & Trust ("Bank") is acting as intermediary and agent for suppliers ("principals" identified on the travel documents) in selling services or in accepting reservations or bookings for travel related services that are not directly supplied by the Bank (such as air carriage, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, tours, and cruises.) The Bank, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless acts or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, injury or death to you or your travel companions. Unless the term “guaranteed” is specifically stated in writing on your tickets, invoice or reservation itinerary, the Bank does not guarantee any of such suppliers' rates, bookings or reservations. The Bank shall not be liable for any injuries, death, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or other acts, omissions, or conditions outside the Bank's control. By embarking upon travel, each the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved with such travel, whether expected or unexpected. You are hereby warned of such risks and are advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them as well as appropriate immunizations (if any.)

You further agree:

1. The Bank is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of personal effects or injuries or death.

2. The Bank has the option to refuse travel on any trip at the sole discretion of the Tour Director or his/her designee.

3. You are fully bound by the rules and regulations of all carriers, innkeepers and other suppliers.
